How is the delivery of your product done, and what are the payment terms?

Delivery of INSTICK products is carried out throughout Israel by a courier service. We dispatch orders on the next day after placing them, or on the same day if the order is placed before 13:00. The minimum order is 6 packs, each containing 12 sachets of your chosen drink. Payment is made on our website using a credit card. We guarantee the security and confidentiality of your payment data.

What flavors can I choose when ordering Instick packs?

We offer a wide range of flavors. You can choose any flavor for your order, and all packs can be different or of the same flavor. The choice is yours!

What if I place an order after 13:00?

If your order is placed after 13:00, we will dispatch it on the next business day. Our goal is to ensure fast and timely delivery for all our customers.

What is the minimum order for free delivery?

The minimum order for free delivery to a post office branch is 6 packs. The order for free courier delivery is 12 packs. Each pack contains 12 sachets of the drink. Choose your favorite flavors and enjoy healthy and delicious sugar-free drinks from INSTICK! For orders less than 6 packs, there is a delivery fee. The cost of delivery to a post office branch is 15 shekels. The cost of courier delivery is 30 shekels.
